This fixes STDERR being lost when running apollo as a daemon behind yarn start. Additionally, stderr is now labeled as such.
Also updates some submodules to fix fresh cloning, as a result of the blueprints <--> testing reshuffle. A full update for all the submodules is in #98.
Tested on Fedora 36.
